Instant Pledge for Greek Houses

This global mod removes the time lapse between an existing Greek House member asking a Sim to pledge and the pledging Sim being able to move in. It does not alter any relationship requirements for the Ask to Pledge option being available or for the askee to accept. It also does not alter any time lapse between a non-Greek House Sim asking to join the House as a pledge.

That is, if a playable Greek House Sim invites another Sim to pledge and the pledge is accepted, the other Sim can immediately move into the Greek House.

Conflicts

The mod changes one BHAV (0x1004 'Sub - Add to Frat') and one STR# (0x012D 'Dialog prim string set') in the 0x7F3FAC14 group, so will conflict with any mod that does the same.
