This global mod removes enthusiasm from the game.
The mod changes three global BHAVs 0x060F "Enthusiasm - Start", 0x0617 "Enthusiasm - Boost (Ticks)" and 0x0621 "Enthusiasm - Boost (Absolute)" so will conflict with any other mod that does the same.
No known conflicts.
Note: While there are no known conflicts there are numerous incompatibilities, for example, with my Hobby Magazine Racks - why bother with those if you've disabled enthusiasm.
Mootilda posted a direct download (tut, tut, where's the consistency MTS staff?) that achieves the same effect (possibly) but takes a different approach. They duplicated the Enthusiasm Tracker object to create an override and then modded the code. My approach is to never create the tracker in the first place. You can use the two mods together and they will not conflict, but again there is no point.
