All three orchard trees miniaturised and made buyable from Build Mode/Garden Centre/Gardening. Trees do not need tending in any way.
They can only be placed directly on the ground, either outside or in a greenhouse, and cost $750 each.
If used with my two veggie plant pots, an additional menu option will appear to add a no maintenance tree to the pot.
Their life-stage, quality and type are set from menu options. There is a $50 cost for making them harvestable, after which a Sim can be directed to pick or sell the produce.
Note: Child Sims cannot pick/sell fruit from a tree in a pot.
Type - used to set the type - orange, lemon or apple.
Life Stage - used to set the life stage of the plant - leaves, blossom, fruit (there is a cost for setting this stage) or dormant.
Quality - used to set the quality of any harvested produce and to control the smiley on the mouse-over tooltip - Horrible / Really Bad / Bad (negative and sad face), OK (default) or Good / Better / Great (positive and happy face).
Quality Change - used to set the direction of the arrow on the mouse-over tooltip - Negative (downwards arrow), None (no arrow, default) or Positive (upwards arrow).
Pick/Sell Fruit/All - used to harvest any produce and either place it into the Sim's inventory or sell it.
This is a stand alone object with its own GUID, so will not conflict with or replace any other objects.
