This global mod stops NPCs moving into a dorm if there is no ShinyTyme Cooktop on the lot.
This enables the creation of "playable Sim only" dorms - but they'll have to do their own cooking. Greek Houses without the charter requirements.
The mod changes one BHAV (0x1020 'Sub - Count Open Dorms in Temp 0') the 0x7F175BF9 group, so will conflict with any mod that does the same.
