So you've started a new single Sim, bought them a new place to live, added the necessities and redecorated to their/your taste - and now they're pretty much broke.
You've found them a job, that happens to start late morning on Monday and they've left for work.
While on fast-forward, with the Sim at work and the house empty, the mid-day Welcome Wagon turns up - TO AN EMPTY HOUSE!!!
This mod postpones the mid-day Welcome Wagon to 4pm if no one is at home, and if no one is home at 4pm, it's rolled over to the next day
Changes BHAV "Main - Process" (0x1003) in the "Visit Generator" (0x7F17187C) object, so will conflict with any other mod that does the same.
No known conflicts (but then I don't play with any form of visitor controller mod)
