Compatibility: Hot Seat, Affects Saved Games
Replaces the Greek Hoplite unique unit, with the Agora unique building.
The Agora replaces the Garden, keeping the great person bonus and also adding an artist specialist slot. The "city needs fresh water" restriction is removed and the Agora can be built when Philosophy is researched
