Randomises city names (doesn't affect the capital)

Compatibility: Hot Seat, Affects Saved Games

After the capital is founded, subsequent cities are named randomly from the list of available names.

Will only work with custom civilizations if this mod loads AFTER the mod(s) adding those civilizations.
